Introduction
Welcome to Wonderland Kids Park. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your visit to and use of Wonderland Kids Park facilities and services, located at 123 Adventure Boulevard, Parramatta NSW 2150, operated by Wonderland Kids Park Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901).
By purchasing a ticket, entering the park, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enter the park or use our services.
Admission and Tickets
Ticket Purchase
- All tickets must be purchased either online through our website, at the park entrance, or through authorized ticket vendors.
- Ticket prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on the day of visit, season, and special events.
- Children under 2 years of age receive free admission but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- All tickets are valid only for the date specified unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash value.
Entry Requirements
- All guests must present a valid ticket or pass upon entry.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the park for violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior.
- Re-entry on the same day may be permitted with a valid hand stamp and ticket, subject to capacity restrictions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- In the event of park closure due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer ticket exchanges or rain checks at our discretion.
- Birthday party and event bookings require 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
- Season passes and annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase date.
Park Rules and Guest Conduct
General Behavior
- All guests must behave in a respectful and considerate manner toward other guests and staff.
- Profane language, aggressive behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the park.
- Running, pushing, or rough play is prohibited in all areas except designated play zones.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Prohibited Items and Activities
- Weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted anywhere on park premises.
- Glass containers are prohibited for safety reasons.
- Professional photography equipment and drones require prior written permission from park management.
- Pets are not permitted except for registered service animals.
- Balloons, outside entertainment equipment, and personal sporting equipment are not allowed.
Ride Safety and Restrictions
Height and Age Requirements
- Each attraction has specific height, age, and health requirements that must be followed for safety.
- Children who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be permitted to ride, even with adult supervision.
- Park staff have the final authority in determining eligibility to ride attractions.
Health and Safety Guidelines
- Guests with heart conditions, pregnancy, back or neck problems, or other medical conditions should not ride certain attractions. Please consult signage and staff before boarding.
- All riders must follow ride operator instructions at all times.
- Safety restraints must be properly fastened and remain in place throughout the ride.
- Guests must keep hands, arms, and legs inside the ride vehicle at all times.
- Loose articles such as phones, cameras, bags, and hats must be secured or stored before riding.
Ride Closures
- Rides may be temporarily closed for maintenance, weather conditions, or safety inspections without notice.
- No compensation or refunds will be provided for temporarily unavailable attractions.
Food and Beverages
- Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted and may be consumed in designated picnic areas.
- Food purchased within the park must be consumed in designated dining areas.
- We offer a variety of dining options to accommodate different dietary requirements. Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited throughout the park.
Lost and Found
- Wonderland Kids Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Lost items should be reported to Guest Services immediately.
- Found items are held for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.
- To claim a lost item, guests must provide proof of ownership.
Photography and Video
- By entering the park, you consent to being photographed or filmed by park photographers and security cameras.
- Images may be used for promotional, security, or operational purposes without compensation.
- Personal photography for private use is permitted, but commercial photography requires written permission.
- Guests may not use images of other guests without their consent.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks. By entering Wonderland Kids Park, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or illness
- Property damage or loss
- Accidents resulting from your own actions or the actions of others
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderland Kids Park, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
First Aid and Medical Emergencies
- First aid stations are located throughout the park and clearly marked on park maps.
- In case of medical emergency, immediately notify the nearest staff member.
- By using our first aid services, you consent to necessary medical treatment and authorize us to contact emergency services if required.
- Guests are responsible for any costs associated with ambulance or hospital treatment.
Weather and Force Majeure
- The park may close temporarily or permanently on any given day due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for closures due to force majeure events including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government orders.
- Decisions regarding park operations during adverse weather are made at the sole discretion of park management with guest safety as the priority.
Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Wonderland Kids Park are owned by Wonderland Kids Park Pty Ltd.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any park intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Park maps, brochures, and promotional materials are for personal use only.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during your visit or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Birthday Parties and Special Events
- Birthday party packages and special event bookings require advance reservation and deposit.
- Party areas are reserved for the specified time only. Extensions may be available subject to availability and additional fees.
- Decorations must be approved by park management and must be removed by the end of the booking period.
- Outside entertainment must be pre-approved by management.
- The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party.
Season Passes and Memberships
- Season passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Passes are non-transferable and must be used by the named holder only. Photo ID may be required.
- Pass holders must comply with all park rules and regulations. Violations may result in pass revocation without refund.
- Blackout dates may apply during special events or peak periods.
- Benefits and privileges associated with passes are subject to change without notice.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the park after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your visit to Wonderland Kids Park shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
